Welcome to Halliburton Investor Relations
Alan formed Halliburton Investor Relations in 1990, believing there was a market need for an investor relations firm that would provide a level of service not commonly found in the industry. Today the firm serves numerous public companies, providing comprehensive investor relations and financial communications programs of the highest quality.
Prior to forming HIR, Alan was Vice President of Investor Relations for Texas Industries, a Fortune 500 company, and for its subsidiary, Chaparral Steel. Under his direction, TXI's IR program was restructured and institutional ownership increased by more than 300% in five years. In 1988, he served as Interim President of the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce, the nation's largest chamber, with 7500 members and a $12 million operating budget.
